Denise and Larry Pierce helped us to sell an existing home in Mount Dora and and to find an appropriate lot on which we will build another home in a 55-plus community at a different Mount Dora location. They were very knowledgeable of opportunities for us as both sellers and buyers in this locale. They handled the many details of a home sale with experienced efficiency and expertise. And they were particularly patient with us in searching out and driving us to the the many choices from which we finally selected the location on which our new home will be built. Cher and I worked with Denise on the purchase of our home. We were very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge. We had a difficult time securing our mortgage (due to inefficiency of the loan officer we worked with) but Denise was patient throughout in communicating with the selling agent and ourselves. My husband and I were on vacation with no thoughts of buying in Florida but after meeting Larry and discussing options, we decided to go ahead and take the plunge. He showed us a number of properties in Mount Dora and found us our perfect Florida part time home. He was able to negotiate a price for us and facilitated a two week closing . Two weeks after that, we were home! Larry made the whole process fun and relatively easy. We would highly recommend him as a real estate professional.
